Shipping Rates and Times?

All prints are made by my fine art printer in Sydney Australia. Production time takes 1-3 business days. My printer sends the prints to me. I will then hand-sign and number each one to ensure authenticity and exclusivity.

I will then post the order to you via courier Pack and Send. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Original artworks are expertly packaged and shipped from Central Coast Australia, also by our courier partner Pack and Send. It takes 2-3 days to prepare the shipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Some of the original artworks may be held in the gallery. In that case, the shipping rate will be specified on the gallery’s product page.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

All packages are insured and sent via courier, so you can enjoy peace of mind and the fastest and safest possible delivery.

Can I Change Something in My Order?

We are unable to exchange the artwork or your delivery address after checkout. Please be sure to choose your perfect piece, and double check your address.

Will Artworks Be Hand-Signed?

All original artworks are hand signed by Lucy on the front of the artwork, as well as the back of the painting.

All limited edition prints are also hand signed and numbered by Lucy on the front of the artwork.

Paper prints are signed and numbered on the bottom of the white border. Canvas prints are signed on top of original signature on the original painting, with edition number added.

Will I Get a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. You will get a Certificate of Authenticity when you purchase an original artwork, and limited edition prints.

Can I Commission a Custom Piece?

Yes. I accept limited number of commissions. Price starts from AUD$1500 for a charcoal drawing, and from AUD$3000 for an oil painting. Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the artwork, and are available at the artist’s discretion.
