All prices include delivery worldwide.

For canvas prints and find art prints, our production partner has production locations worldwide, and is able to deliver your orders within 4-8 days in most countries, such as Australia, USA, UK, Canada, Japan.

Original artworks are expertly packaged and delivered by courier from Australia, and it takes 2-4 weeks to prepare the shipment.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information. On the rare occasion when there is a delay, we recommend that you wait 2 more business days. If you still do not receive the package, contact the carrier for an update. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes we do!

With production in 32 countries, your canvas prints and fine art prints are most likely produced locally in your own country.

Please note that when you are purchasing originals, they are shipped from Australia. Therefore import fees may occur depending on your country. All items are declared at their purchase price and we will not falsify documents.

Can I Change Something in My Order?

For canvas prints and fine art prints, we are unable to exchange the artwork or your delivery address after checkout. Please be sure to choose your perfect piece, and double check your address.

For originals, Lucy will personally email you before your order is ready to be shipped. You can change your address within 24 hours of receiving that email and anytime prior to that.

Will Artworks Be Hand-Signed?

All original artworks are hand signed by Lucy.

Canvas prints and fine art prints are not hand-signed. However, the signature is printed on the prints.

Will I Get a Certificate of Authenticity?

You will get a Certificate of Authenticity when you purchase an original artwork.

Canvas prints and fine art prints do not come with a certificate.

Can I Commission a Custom Piece?

Yes!

Commission price of a drawing start at AUD$2222, of a painting start at AUD$5555, and are available at the artist’s discretion.
