Shipping Rates and Times?

Fine art prints and canvas prints are made by our fine art printer partner in Central Coast Australia. Production time for fine art prints and framing takes 2-3 business days, and for canvas prints 1-2 weeks. Please allow 5-15 days for delivery depending on your location.

Original artworks are expertly packaged and shipped from Australia. It takes 2-4 weeks to prepare the shipment, and then another 5-15 days for delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information. On the rare occasion when there is a delay, we recommend that you wait 2 more business days. If you still do not receive the package, contact your post office for an update. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Can I Change Something in My Order?

We are unable to exchange the artwork or your delivery address after checkout. Please be sure to choose your perfect piece, and double check your address.

Will Artworks Be Hand-Signed?

All original artworks are hand signed by Lucy.

Canvas prints and fine art prints from our shop are open edition prints, and they are not hand-signed. However, the signature is printed on the prints.

Will I Get a Certificate of Authenticity?

You will get a Certificate of Authenticity when you purchase an original artwork.

Canvas prints and fine art prints do not come with a certificate.

Can I Commission a Custom Piece?

Yes!

Commission price of a charcoal drawing start at AUD$2222, oil painting start at AUD$5555. Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the artwork, and are available at the artist’s discretion.

There are many factors to consider. Please send us an email of your vision and request, and we will discuss if it would be a good fit.

Do you offer other sizes?

Yes, we do.

We are able to print the artwork large enough to fit your whole wall, we can also print it as wallpaper for your home or salon. Please send us an email with your vision or requirement for a consultation and a quote.
